Curvy blond bombshell Amber Rose has been a favorite photo target of rabid paparazzi ever since her relationship with former boyfriend Kanye West. The model and former stripper turned heads when she and popular Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa became an item, with the pair displaying their affection for one another openly as well. In the midst of their relationship, nude photos of Amber Rose began to hit the Web over the summer and again this week – and while Amber addressed the leak publicly back in June, Wiz has now chimed in with words about his girlfriend’s photos becoming the fodder of media discussion.

In an interview with Sister 2 Sister magazine, the always cool Wiz Khalifa defended his beau and even managed to address her stripper roots. “I could see if that was what she was doing while I’m with her or something like that and it was in a disrespectful way, but it’s nothing like that. It’s not even, like, the pictures or her past is a raunchy past,” said Wiz of Amber. He continued with, “She did what she had to do. There’s plenty of powerful women who overcame that, and that’s what she really is, an example of what work and faith in God, you know what I’m saying, can get you into a positive situation. You can make a positive out of a negative.”

Wiz also shut down critics of Amber, who claim Rose is out for fame. “The biggest misconception about Amber is that she wants attention,” added Wiz. “Everybody thinks that she does stuff for attention and that she loves attention, but she’s really, really reserved and shy. She just gets attention ’cause she’s dope.”
